Busser Job DescriptionJob SummaryMaintain a clean restaurant in a professional and quick manner.
Work with servers on a daily basis and help them with their needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
Job Tasks Take care of guest requests Pre- bus, clear, clean, and reset tables Polish silverware and glassware Refill ice bins Assist servers with filling waters Become familiar with all seating areas, tables and seat numbers Assist servers with delivering food to tables Perform cleaning duties such as taking garbage and linens out, clean spills, and sweeping Move tables, rake, shovel, or other duties as directed Participate in trash disposal runs when needed Assist in other restaurant divisions if needed during down time Thoroughly preform opening and closing duties Required knowledge and skills High energy level Thoroughness and cleanliness Communication skills aimed towards efficient seating and table utilization Eager to work in a team environment with focus on delivering excellent customer service Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds on occasion Stand during entire shift Ability to work a flexible schedule, especially nights, weekends, and some holidays.
